Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to design and develop engaging, accessible, and scalable learning resources for Personal Banking.
  • Create multimedia and interactive learning materials that support various learning modalities, including modularized and self-directed learning.
  • Continuously review and refine learning resources based on feedback and learning outcomes to enhance the learning experience.
  • Utilize analytical skills to assess learning needs and outcomes, providing solutions that align with the learning strategy.
  • Employ creative thinking to design innovative resources while maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality.
  • Manage projects effectively, from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery of learning initiatives.
  • Work collaboratively with the PB Learning team and stakeholders, utilizing strong communication skills to influence and engage.
  • Adapt learning resources to suit diverse learning environments and audiences, applying adult learning theories effectively.
  • Support the overall learning, capability, and content proposition for Personal Banking, contributing to the development of learning pathways and coaching frameworks.

Skills Required:

  • Strong expertise in Articulate 360 and Storyline for designing interactive e-learning content.
  • Proficiency in Instructional Design methodologies and adult learning principles (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom's Taxonomy).
  • Experience in Content Writing, Curriculum Design, and creating engaging learning materials.
  • Understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SCORM/xAPI standards.
  • Ability to develop multimedia elements using tools such as Camtasia, Vyond, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills to translate learning objectives into practical, learner-centric experiences.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong project management abilities with attention to detail and timelines.
  • Familiarity with digital learning trends, microlearning, and mobile learning design.
  • Experience in financial services or corporate learning environments is preferred.
