At Amazon, our mission is to be Earths most customer-centric company. Were seeking an exceptional Content Developer to join our Amazon INFC Learning team to support operations training initiatives.
The ideal candi will have proven experience in instructional design with a strong portfolio de strating expertise in visual design and multimedia content creation. You will be responsible for designing and developing in ative learning content that enhances strategic capabilities within the INFC organization. You must be skilled in creating engaging training materials including graphics, visual designs, branded materials, posters, One Point Lessons (OPLs), infographics, and video content. The role involves developing comprehensive storyboards, effective assessments, and managing learning projects of varying scales while maintaining high quality standards. Success in this role requires strategic thinking ability with a creative problem-solving approach, excellence in project management with keen attention to detail, and good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. -Design and develop in ative learning content that enhances strategic capabilities within the INFC organization -Create engaging training materials including graphics, visual designs, branded materials, posters, One Point Lessons (OPLs), infographics, and video content -Develop comprehensive storyboards and effective assessments -Manage learning projects of varying scales while maintaining high quality standards A day in the life Adhering to the core principles of adult learning, we create learning materials that are engaging and interactive for learners to increase knowledge retention and recall. We work with Operations, Business, Program & Training Delivery teams to identify scope of training. We use modalities such as bite-size learning (mobile learning), OPLs, Infographics, instructor-led, blended, including assessments to build quality learning experiences for our learners and periodically evaluate them to assess effectiveness. Internal job description Basic qualifications Bachelors degree or above Experience in stakeholder or customer management and project management will be an added advantage Must be proficient in translating content into regional languages Ability to manage data effectively through analysis and generate accurate reports Strong presentation skills with ability to communicate complex information to diverse audiences Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) Strong organizational and interpersonal skills Hands on experience on various content development tools such as Articulate Storyline 360, Canva, Vyond. Use of AI tools to speed up content development process Preferred qualifications Experience working in a related industry Certified instructional designer Pri y knowledge of using AI tools to create content will be an added advantage.
