Instructional Designer

Key Responsibilities:

1) Create training and e-learning modules.

2) Analyzing learning needs and implementing effective instructional approaches.

3) Simplify information a clear, easy-to-understand.

4) Work closely with the team and project manager to gather information and ensure accuracy.

5) Review and update content consistently for better clarity.

Key Requirements:

1) Minimum 1 years of experience

2) Must be available to work at Vasundhara, Ghaziabad

3) Experience or academic background in instructional design, education, or related fields.

4) Knowledge of instructional design principles.

5) Familiarity with tools such as Articulate 360, PowerPoint, Canva, or similar.

6) Strong writing, communication, and organization skills.

7) Ability to work independently, manage projects, and meet deadlines.
