Create engaging storyboards

• This includes designing visual storyboards in PowerPoint and textual storyboards in MS Word
• Analyse the given content, chunk and curate itSet instructional end goals and create content that matches themVisualize instructional graphics, user interface and finished productWrite exercises/questions and activities that enhance the users learning processReview the work of other instructional designers and developed courseWork with subject matter experts to clarify and understand the contentApply best practices in instructional design
• This will include game-based learning, simulations and immersive scenarios requiring multiple branching elements and hands on experience in the design and development of blended learning solutionsCollaborate with other functional teamsConvert and apply theoretical instructional design knowledge to actual e-learning coursesCandidate Profile :Senior Instructional designer to have 5-6 years of core instructional design experience in corporate sectorProfessional proficiency in English is a mustExcellent verbal and written communication skillsKnowledge of basic, advanced, and current ID trends and concepts
• Knowledge of e-learning methodologies, instructional design theories and models and learning stylesKnowledge of working with Microsoft 365Knowledge of eLearning authoring solutions such as Articulate Rise will be an advantageKnowledge of learning evaluation methodsAppropriate balance of expertise of how to work in a business environmentExperience juggling multiple work streams while achieving great results
