Key Responsibilities

• Instructional Design

  : You will collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to assess learning needs and develop effective solutions. This involves creating course content, including

  lesson plans, assessments, and activities

  .

• Material Development

  : Design and develop instructional materials for various modalities, such as

  instructor-led training (ILT), eLearning, blended learning

  , and virtual simulations. You'll create visual representations like

  storyboards

  and mock-ups, as well as job aids, participant guides, and facilitator guides.

• eLearning & Curation

  : Build

  computer-based training (CBT)

  modules and interactive content using tools like

  Articulate 360

  or

  Captivate

  . You will also research topics and curate relevant content for learning programs.

• Continuous Improvement

  : Redesign existing materials to improve engagement and effectiveness. You'll also stay updated on best practices in instructional design, adult learning principles, and new learning technologies.

Required Qualifications

• Education

  : A Bachelor's degree is required, and a Master's degree in HR, Organizational Development, or a similar field is preferred.

• Experience

  :

  2-4 years of experience

  in instructional design, learning, and development.

• Technical Skills

  : Familiarity with instructional design models like

  ADDIE

  or

  SAM

  . Knowledge of eLearning development tools (

  Articulate 360, Captivate

  ) is essential. Strong skills in

  MS Office

  and graphic design tools are required.

• Personal Attributes

  : You must have a creative mindset, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Preferred Skills

  : Experience with

  Learning Management Systems (LMS)
