Role Description

This is an internship role for an Instructional Design Intern. The intern will assist in designing and developing instructional materials for various formats including eLearning, video, and instructor-led training. Responsibilities include conducting needs assessments, writing content, creating assessments, and incorporating multimedia elements. This is an on-site role located in Pune.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Instructional Design and Content Development
• Proficiency in using eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate) and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Excellent Writing and Communication skills
• Ability to conduct Needs Assessments and evaluate training effectiveness
• Familiarity with multimedia design and development tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
• Basic understanding of educational technology and pedagogical best practices
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Preferably pursuing a degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field
