Job Description

As an Instructional Design Specialist in the Talent & Organization (T&O) practice within the S&C Global Network at Accenture, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients from various industries in Learning Design and Development, Change Management, and HR Transformation. Your expertise will be utilized to create innovative learning strategies and solutions, as well as to aid clients in managing organizational change and facilitating a smooth transition process. Your contribution will be instrumental in shaping the workforce of the future. - Collaborate with the client team to understand the business problem, propose solution approaches, and guide the design, development, and delivery phases. - Conduct Training Needs Analysis to formulate the training curriculum. - Create detailed and high-quality content outlines aligned with the curriculum. - Establish design standards, guidelines, templates, and checklists for the learning solution. - Work closely with internal and client stakeholders to craft relevant and impactful training materials. - Review training deliverables to ensure adherence to project quality parameters and industry standards. - Identify and communicate risks to Project Leads/Functional Managers, proposing potential solutions, mitigations, or alternatives. - Mentor instructional designers and content developers to prepare materials for instructor development workshops. - Provide constructive feedback to enhance the instructional design skills of the team members. - Explore opportunities to incorporate new and innovative learning strategies into the solution. - Utilize expertise in instructional design, research, content analysis, content design, and knowledge of the latest learning industry trends. - Demonstrate proficiency in industry-standard design/rapid authoring tools such as Articulate, Captivate, Lectora, Camtasia, SAP Enable Now, and WalkMe, including familiarity with client-specific authoring tools. - Thrive in a problem-solving global environment, showcasing cross-cultural competence. - Minimum 6-8 years of experience in Instructional Design, Storyboarding, or Articulate Storyline. - Educational Qualification: Any Bachelor's degree (Full-time). (Note: Good to have skills include familiarity with Whatfix, WalkMe, and the ADDIE model.),
