Instructional Design Consultant

Role Overview: As an Instructional Design Consultant in the Talent & Organization (T&O) practice of the S&C Global Network at Accenture, you will have the opportunity to work with clients from various industries to enhance their learning design and development, change management, and HR transformation initiatives. Your role will involve creating innovative learning strategies, managing organizational change, and contributing to the development of the future workforce. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the client team to understand business problems, propose solutions, and oversee the design, development, and delivery phases of projects. - Conduct Training Needs Analysis and develop training curricula. - Create detailed content outlines aligned with the curriculum. - Establish design standards, guidelines, templates, and checklists for learning solutions. - Work closely with internal and client stakeholders to design and develop effective training materials. - Review training deliverables to ensure quality compliance with project parameters and industry standards. - Identify and communicate risks to the project leads, offering potential solutions and alternatives. - Coach instructional designers and content developers to enhance their skills. - Provide constructive feedback to improve instructional design quality. - Explore opportunities to introduce innovative learning strategies. - Utilize expertise in instructional design, research, content analysis, and knowledge of industry trends. - Demonstrate proficiency in design tools such as Articulate, Captivate, Lectora, Camtasia, SAP Enable Now, WalkMe, and client-specific authoring tools. - Contribute to a problem-solving environment with cross-cultural competence. - Exhibit strong interpersonal and writing skills along with business acumen. Qualifications Required: - Graduate/Post Graduate in Journalism, Mass Communication, English Literature, Advertising, or Public Relations. - Minimum 6 years of experience in content development and instructional design. - Extensive experience in developing various training modalities including ILTs, WBTs, simulations, job aids, and reference guides. - Experience in leading and coaching small teams independently.
