Instructional Designer & E-Learning Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop engaging e-learning modules using

  Articulate 360

  ,

  Storyline

  , and other tools.
• Create effective learning experiences based on client requirements and learning objectives.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to convert content into interactive eLearning.
• Use

  Adobe Creative Cloud tools

  (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.) for designing graphics, layouts, and videos.
• Participate in client visits for storyboarding, content collection, video shooting, and development support.
• Support end-to-end project execution, from scripting to deployment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Multimedia, Communication, Education Technology, or related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience in instructional design and e-learning development.
• Hands-on experience with

  Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise)

  and

  Adobe Creative Cloud

  (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
• Understanding of adult learning principles, eLearning standards (SCORM), and LMS platforms.
• Strong visual design sense and ability to create learner-centric designs.
• Ability and willingness to travel to client locations as needed.
