Instructional Designer & E-Learning Developer (0–2 Years Experience) Location: Mumbai, Vasai – On-site/Hybrid Company: Smartz Digiz Experience: 0–2 years Job Type: Full-Time Job Overview We’re looking for a creative and tech-savvy Instructional Designer & E-Learning Developer with strong graphic design skills to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about digital learning, has a strong eye for design, and is comfortable working with industry-standard tools. The candidate must be open to visiting client locations for video shoots, content gathering, and project collaboration. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop engaging e-learning modules using Articulate 360 , Storyline , and other tools. Create effective learning experiences based on client requirements and learning objectives. Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to convert content into interactive eLearning. Use Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.) for designing graphics, layouts, and videos. Participate in client visits for storyboarding, content collection, video shooting, and development support. Support end-to-end project execution, from scripting to deployment. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Multimedia, Communication, Education Technology, or related field. 0–2 years of relevant experience in instructional design and e-learning development. Hands-on experience with Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise) and Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro). Understanding of adult learning principles, eLearning standards (SCORM), and LMS platforms. Strong visual design sense and ability to create learner-centric designs. Ability and willingness to travel to client locations as needed. Good to Have: Exposure to tools like Camtasia , Vyond , or Captivate . Basic video editing and motion graphics skills.
