Instock Manager

You are a detail-oriented Inventory & Planning Specialist responsible for driving operational excellence and forecasting. Your primary role will involve overseeing planning and inventory management while analyzing and optimizing inventory management systems and processes to ensure world-class inventory availability and health. Your key responsibilities will include managing inventory availability and health to improve in-stock rates, planning, and reducing shrinkages. You will be tasked with building forecasting models and collaborating with internal teams to develop tools and process improvements that impact purchasing and vendor management workflows positively. In this role, you will drive process improvement and operational excellence within the vendor community by focusing on reducing costs, defects, and lead times. Your efforts will aim to increase innovation, automation, and economies of scale. Additionally, you will work closely with vendor managers to drive sales and profitability growth. You will be expected to conduct complex business analysis to identify opportunities for enhancing cost structure and profitability. The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Planning, or Inventory Management. Equivalent experiences in Consulting, Finance, or Operations will also be considered.
