Instock Manager

Role Overview: As an Inventory Management Specialist at Hyuga Ecommerce Private Limited, you will be responsible for overseeing planning and inventory management processes. Your role will involve driving analysis and optimization of inventory management systems to maintain world-class inventory availability and health. Key Responsibilities: - Manage inventory availability and health by focusing on in-stock rates, inventory planning, shrinkages, Instock rate, Overstock of Inventory, Vendor Fill Rate, and RTV. - Develop forecasting models to support inventory planning. - Collaborate with internal teams to enhance tools and processes impacting purchasing and vendor management workflow. - Lead process improvement initiatives within the vendor community to reduce costs, defects, lead times, and drive innovation and automation. - Partner with vendor managers to boost sales and profitability growth. - Conduct complex business analysis to identify opportunities for enhancing cost structure and profitability. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Planning, or Information Systems Management. - Minimum of 4 years of experience in Supply Chain, Planning, Inventory Management, or related fields such as Consulting, Finance, or Operations. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify root causes and develop scalable solutions quickly. - Familiarity with inventory control principles. - Proven capability to work strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment. - Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. - Detail-oriented mindset with a willingness to engage in hands-on work. - Comfortable operating in a dynamic environment that requires balancing tactical and strategic activities effectively.
