Institutional Sales

• Should have a strong background in B2B, institutional sales, key account management, and industrial client engagement, with a passion for delivering results and building long-term relationships.
• Drive sales growth by acquiring and managing institutional and industrial clients (transporters, government bodies, large fleets, industries, etc.).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Identify new business opportunities within the institutional segment and develop strategies for account penetration.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service level agreements aligned with company policies.
• Coordinate with internal teams (technical, logistics, accounts) to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Track market trends, competition activity, and customer needs to provide market intelligence.
• Meet or exceed sales targets, collection targets, and customer acquisition KPIs.
• Ensure timely submission of sales reports, forecasts, and activity logs.
• Preferred industry: - Lubes, Oils, FMCG, Tyres, Batteries, Paint

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
