Job Description

As an Institutional Sales Executive at our company based in Bhubaneswar, your primary responsibility will be to generate leads and drive sales for our diverse service portfolio, which includes interior design solutions, apartment offerings, and water park event collaborations. Your networking skills will be crucial in approaching potential corporate clients, schools, colleges, real estate developers, and event agencies. Your consultative selling approach will be key in pitching customized solutions for various projects and building long-term relationships with our clients. You will be expected to prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations, coordinate with internal teams for seamless project execution, meet monthly sales targets, and provide regular reports to the Sales Manager. Your proactive and well-organized nature, coupled with excellent communication and negotiation skills, will be essential in your success in this role. A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required. Prior experience in real estate, hospitality, or interior design sales would be advantageous, although not mandatory. You should be comfortable with field visits, client meetings, and attending industry events to enhance brand visibility.
