Institutional Sales Manager

You will be responsible for developing institutional sales within the assigned territory to drive additional revenue for the organization. Your key accountabilities will include identifying opportunities and potential markets in institutional areas, such as key segments and B2B sales, in order to meet monthly sales targets. Additionally, you will be tasked with managing key accounts for top customers and planning and executing monthly product promotion plans in key segments to enhance overall retail performance. A crucial aspect of your role will involve the deployment, monitoring, and motivation of dealer sales teams to expand customer reach. You will also be involved in managing dealership channels effectively to maximize sales opportunities. In terms of qualifications, a post-graduate degree such as an MBA or PGDM is required, while a BE/BTech degree would be considered an added advantage. It is important that all educational qualifications are obtained from AICTE/UGC approved institutions. The ideal candidate should have 2-6 years of work experience, with a background in corporate or institutional sales within industries such as automobile, FMCG, or durable goods.
