Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Institutional Sales professional

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, approach, and develop new B2B clients in the

  hospitality and institutional

  sectors.
• Build strong relationships with

  hotel procurement and purchase teams

  , GMs, and interior consultants.
• Generate qualified leads and convert them into profitable business opportunities.
• Present customized linen and bedding solutions aligned with client brand aesthetics and quality standards.
• Create brand awareness through industry networking, exhibitions, and trade events.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitors, and business expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product team for brand positioning in the hospitality vertical.

Desired Profile:

• 5+ years of experience in

  institutional or B2B sales

  , preferably within

  hospitality, textiles, or furnishings

  .
• Strong network with hotels, resorts, and property developers.
• Proven ability to close large deals and manage long sales cycles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
