Role Overview:

highly motivated Institutional Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of

    institutional sales,

    including prospecting, onboarding, and client servicing.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with

    corporates, institutions, and HNI customers

    .
  • Follow up with clients regularly, understand requirements, and ensure seamless order management.
  • Handle

    end-to-end sales cycle

    – lead generation, pitching, negotiations, closing deals, and account management.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base in the

    F&V (Fruits & Vegetables)

    segment.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure

    timely and accurate order fulfilment

    .
  • Maintain sales records, prepare reports, and track KPIs to meet and exceed targets.
  • Ensure

    professional attire, conduct, and communication

    in all client interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align on customer needs, pricing, and delivery models.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities.
  • Resolve client issues and complaints promptly to maintain

    high customer satisfaction

  • Represent E Sandhai with integrity and ensure compliance with company policies.

Key Requirements:

  • Fresh MBA/PGDM in Marketing or equivalent; OR any graduate proven experience in institutional/HNI client handling.
  • Prior experience in Institutional Sales / Corporate Sales preferred.
  • Knowledge of Fruits & Vegetables / Agri industry is an added advantage.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication in English and regional language(s).
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced agri-tech environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales reporting.
  • Professional appearance and business etiquette are mandatory.
  • Two-wheeler with valid driving license is a must.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across cities for client visits and business development.
