Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Institute Head at Learnet Skills Limited, located in Patna. The Institute Head will oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth implementation of training programs and achieving operational excellence. Responsibilities include managing staff, maintaining quality standards, adhering to regulatory guidelines, and cultivating relationships with key stakeholders such as government institutions and local partners. The role will also involve monitoring and reporting on project outcomes, achieving enrollment targets, and driving strong student performance and placement metrics.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and administrative skills, including experience in staff management and operational oversight.
  • Experience in skill development programs, training, and vocational education is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in establishing and maintaining collaborations with stakeholders such as government organizations, employers, and local partners.
  • Strong problem-solving, strategic planning, and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to deliver against performance metrics, including enrollment, quality, and placement outcomes.
  • Experience working in education, development, or a related sector with a focus on employability and skill development is an added advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field is required; a master's degree is preferred.
