Installation Technician

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Installation & Setup: Install and configure technology products, ensuring they are set up correctly and functioning as intended.
• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure all systems are operational and meet company standards.
• Customer Support: Provide on-site support to clients during installation, addressing any issues or concerns they may have.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installations, configurations, and any maintenance performed.
• Quality Assurance: Test installed systems to verify proper operation and ensure client satisfaction.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols during all installation activities.
  

Key Qualifications

• Education: ITI in Electronics, Electrical, or a related field.
• Experience: Prior experience in installation, maintenance, or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Skills:
• Proficiency with installation tools and equipment.
• Basic knowledge of electronics and electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to work well with clients and team members.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with the installation of technology products, such as interactive displays or computer systems.
• Familiarity with network setup and basic IT troubleshooting.
