Installation Technician

As an ideal candidate for this position, you should possess the following qualifications and meet the key responsibilities: You will be responsible for establishing service by studying system requirements, ordering and gathering components and parts, completing installation, and performing acceptance tests. Additionally, you will maintain rapport with customers by examining complaints, identifying solutions, suggesting improved methods and techniques, and recommending system improvements. It will be crucial for you to keep personal equipment operating by following operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, maintaining supplies, performing preventive maintenance, and calling for repairs. You will also need to document service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records. Maintaining customer confidence by keeping service information confidential and updating job knowledge will be essential tasks. Finally, you will accomplish operations and organizational missions by completing related results as needed. - Fluent in English, Hindi, and Telugu - Obedient to customers - Completing installation and performing acceptance tests - Maintaining rapport with customers and addressing complaints - Keeping personal equipment operating and performing preventive maintenance - Documenting service and installation actions - Updating job knowledge through educational opportunities - 1 year of total work experience - Two-wheeler with a valid license - Fieldwork experience Please note that training and a uniform will be provided for this full-time, walk-in job with a day shift schedule.
