Installation Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform on-site installation of systems, components, or equipment as per design drawings and specifications.

• Ensure compliance with project timelines, safety regulations, and quality standards.

• Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, and other contractors for smooth workflow.

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and installation manuals.

• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments to perform accurate installations.

• Conduct post-installation testing and inspections to verify proper function and compliance.

• Troubleshoot and resolve installation-related issues on-site.

• Maintain accurate installation records, reports, and documentation.

• Ensure proper handling, storage, and transportation of materials and tools.

• Follow all company policies, safety protocols, and client-specific site requirements.

• Training of New Technicians and sales Members on Technical Knowhows.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or ITI in Mechanical, Civil, or relevant trade.

• 1–5 years of hands-on experience in installation or site execution roles.

• Ability to work with tools and equipment safely and effectively.

• Good understanding of installation techniques and safety standards.

• Ability to travel to various project sites as required.

• Physically fit and comfortable working at heights or in field environments.

• Basic knowledge of mechanical /Civil systems (depending on job scope).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in façade, installation.

• Ability to lead small site teams or assist in supervising subcontractors

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Willingness to travel:

• 75% (Preferred)
