Job Title: Customer Support Executive Female candidates preferably married and living in/around Ghaziabad and can join immediately. Location: D-133/2, BSR Industrial Area Ghaziabad- 201009 Department: Operations Reports To: Customer Support Manager/ Team Head Job Summary: The Customer Support Executive is responsible for providing excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves handling phone calls, emails, and chat support while maintaining a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly to customer queries via phone, email, and live chat. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools and resources. Resolve product or service-related issues by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause, and providing the best solution. Follow up on customer interactions to ensure satisfactory resolution. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues. Provide feedback to management regarding customer concerns and process improvements. Prepare SO and other relevant documents Adhere to company policies and procedures while delivering excellent customer service. Required Skills & Qualifications: Preferably B.Tech / Diploma in Engineering or Graduate with equivalent experience in a related field. Proven experience of 2-3 years in customer service or a similar role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Remuneration: 20-30000/- pm (as per Experience) plus PF and other benefits Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid time off Provident Fund Language: Hindi (Preferred) English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
