Installation Technician

The Installation Technician is responsible for the on-site installation, fitting, and finishing of Bethliving’s modular interior products such as kitchens, wardrobes, vanities, and storage units. The role requires technical precision, customer interaction, and adherence to company standards for quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install modular interior products (kitchens, wardrobes, vanities, etc.) at customer sites as per approved design drawings and company guidelines.
• Handle on-site assembly, alignment, and finishing of stainless steel, modular components.
• Ensure installations meet Bethliving’s quality and aesthetic standards.
• Coordinate with the design and project management teams to resolve any site-level issues or discrepancies.
• Conduct pre-installation checks — site readiness, measurements, and material verification.
• Perform post-installation quality checks and handover inspections.
• Provide feedback on product performance or installation challenges to improve processes.
• Ensure safe work practices and maintain cleanliness at the job site.
• Handle tools, materials, and company assets responsibly.
• Provide customer support during installation and ensure client satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: ITI / Diploma in Carpentry, Fitting, Interior Works, or related technical field.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in modular furniture or interior product installation.
• Technical Skills:
• Knowledge of modular furniture systems and fittings.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Skilled in using hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Soft Skills:
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Other Requirements:
• Willingness to travel to customer sites.
• Physically fit to handle installation work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
