Instagram/Google/Digital Promotion Internship/Executive

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage our Google Ads, Instagram campaigns, and overall digital promotions. Key Responsibilities: Google Promotions Plan, set up, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube). Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and ad copy testing. Monitor performance and ensure ROI-driven ad spend. Instagram Promotions Run Instagram ads (story, reels, carousel, and influencer collaborations). Create engaging content in coordination with the design team. Track insights (reach, engagement, conversions) and optimize campaigns. Digital Promotion & Strategy Develop and execute monthly digital marketing strategies. Manage paid and organic campaigns across platforms (Google, Instagram, Facebook). Track analytics and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports. Stay updated with trends, algorithms, and competitor activities. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 0–3 years of experience in Google Ads & Social Media Promotions. Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and Analytics tools. Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing strategies. Strong copywriting and creative thinking skills. Ability to work independently and meet campaign deadlines. Preferred Skills: Google Ads/Analytics certification (preferred). Experience with remarketing and audience segmentation.
