Instagram Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, plan, and execute Instagram content strategy to increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness.
• Help in creating high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing posts, reels, and stories aligned with brand identity.
• Manage content calendar and ensure consistent posting.
• Monitor Instagram trends, hashtags, and algorithm changes to optimize reach and engagement.
• Analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, followers, conversions) and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with the founder/marketing team to run Instagram campaigns and promotions.
• Respond to messages, comments, and DMs in a timely and professional manner.
• Explore cross-platform opportunities;

  knowledge of LinkedIn marketing is a plus

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of proven experience managing Instagram for a brand, influencer, or business.
• Strong understanding of Instagram algorithms, reels, stories, and audience engagement strategies.
• Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or other design/editing tools.
• Creative thinker with excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
• Ability to analyze data/metrics and generate insights for growth.
• Bonus: Familiarity with LinkedIn marketing strategies.
