Job Title : Instagram Specialist Company : Learn French with Anks Experience : 1–2 years Location : Remote Timings: Flexible, however the person needs to be available between 5PM to 1AM IST for any internal team communication Company: Learn French with Anks is a fast-growing platform dedicated to helping students and professionals learn French in a fun, interactive, and effective way. We are looking for a creative and data-driven Instagram Specialist to grow our brand presence, engage audiences, and drive conversions through social media. Key Responsibilities: Develop, plan, and execute Instagram content strategy to increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness. Help in creating high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing posts, reels, and stories aligned with brand identity. Manage content calendar and ensure consistent posting. Monitor Instagram trends, hashtags, and algorithm changes to optimize reach and engagement. Analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, followers, conversions) and suggest improvements. Collaborate with the founder/marketing team to run Instagram campaigns and promotions. Respond to messages, comments, and DMs in a timely and professional manner. Explore cross-platform opportunities; knowledge of LinkedIn marketing is a plus . Requirements: 1–2 years of proven experience managing Instagram for a brand, influencer, or business. Strong understanding of Instagram algorithms, reels, stories, and audience engagement strategies. Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or other design/editing tools. Creative thinker with excellent copywriting and storytelling skills. Ability to analyze data/metrics and generate insights for growth. Bonus: Familiarity with LinkedIn marketing strategies.
