Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Insolvency Associate located in New Delhi. The Insolvency Associate will be responsible for managing insolvency proceedings, liquidation processes, and business restructuring plans. Day-to-day tasks include conducting financial analysis, preparing reports, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The role also involves coordinating with legal teams, attending court hearings, and assisting in the preparation of insolvency and restructuring proposals.

Qualifications

• Experience in insolvency, liquidation, and corporate restructuring
• Strong financial analysis and report preparation skills
• Ability to interact with stakeholders and manage communication effectively
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and legal procedures
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Relevant certifications in insolvency and restructuring are a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Law, or related field
