Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Insolvency Associate located in New Delhi. The Insolvency Associate will be responsible for managing insolvency proceedings, liquidation processes, and business restructuring plans. Day-to-day tasks include conducting financial analysis, preparing reports, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The role also involves coordinating with legal teams, attending court hearings, and assisting in the preparation of insolvency and restructuring proposals. Qualifications Experience in insolvency, liquidation, and corporate restructuring Strong financial analysis and report preparation skills Ability to interact with stakeholders and manage communication effectively Knowledge of regulatory compliance and legal procedures Excellent organizational and project management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Relevant certifications in insolvency and restructuring are a plus Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Law, or related field

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Insolvency Associate at Mavent Restructuring Services. The Insolvency Associate will be responsible for assisting with turnaround and restructuring projects, conducting financial analysis, preparing reports, and liaising with clients and stakeholders. The role also involves supporting insolvency proceedings, managing legal documentation, and assisting in court proceedings and client meetings. Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively are key aspects of this role. Required 1-2 years of experience.
