As a candidate for the Full-Time job opportunity in Ahmedabad, you will be responsible for various key roles depending on the specific position you are selected for: - For Digital Marketing Lead Generation / Inside Sales: - Generating and qualifying leads through digital platforms and campaigns - Handling inbound & outbound calls to engage potential clients - Following up on leads and converting them into opportunities - Maintaining CRM and tracking all customer interactions - For Telecalling & Customer Care: - Handling inbound customer queries professionally - Conducting outbound calls for follow-ups, support, and information sharing - Providing after-sales service and resolving client concerns - Maintaining accurate call logs and updating customer records - For Sales Support / Sales Admin / Back Office: - Assisting the sales team with documentation, order processing, and quotations - Maintaining MIS reports and supporting sales data tracking - Scheduling meetings, demos, and managing sales team calendars Qualifications required for this position include: - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a relevant role - Proficiency in English, Hindi, and a regional language - Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and lead generation techniques - Excellent multitasking skills with the ability to handle high call volumes - Target-driven, energetic, and customer-focused approach Preferred Industry Backgrounds: - Certification Body Services - Digital Marketing Agencies - Customer Service / Inside Sales in product or service-based companies Work Location: - Ahmedabad (Work from Office Only) To apply for this position, kindly send your updated CV to neha.gupta@bsc-icc.com.
