Inside Sales / B2B Sales / International B2B Sales Campaig - Team Lead

Note - Must have 2years of experience in people management with Inside Sales.

Location - Bangalore(HSR Layout)

Experience - 6+Years

CTC - up to 7LPA

NP - Immediate

Shift - US shift(No transportation)

WFO

Skill

Experience: Minimum 5+ years and 2+ years in Team Leader (International Sales Campaign)

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, customer centric.

It should be good in control the attrition & shrinkage.
Managing the day-to-day activities of the team.
Strong knowledge of Outbound call dialler, processes, and industry best practices.
Preparing glide path for the associates to insure they have a target to look forward.
Monitoring calls to ensure we are delivering expected quality calls to the customers.
Run monthly goal contests with reward and motivated staff to reach sales goals through contests & bonuses.
Conducting training of team members to maximize their potential.
Should have experience both in B2B sales projects.
Conduct performance reviews on a regular basis.
