Inside Sales Supervisor

As a Learning Consultant in the Sales (B2C) department located in Gurgaon, with a work mode of 6 days working from office and shift timings from 10am to 7pm, your role will involve high volume calling with the opportunity to earn attractive monthly incentives. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Driving inquiries and admissions for various short term/long term learning programs. - Managing the entire sales cycle from engaging with well-qualified leads to final conversion/enrollment. - Counseling students via call/email to recommend suitable programs for their career progression. - Updating the CRM regularly. To excel in this role, the following qualifications are desired: - Bachelor's degree is a requirement. - 1-5 years of sales experience is preferred. - Goal-oriented and self-motivated mindset. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is essential. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must.,
