About the Role:

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor the inside sales team; set and track daily/weekly KPIs.
• Oversee quotation accuracy, turnaround time, and follow-up discipline.
• Coordinate with Product Managers, BDMs, and logistics for pricing, stock, and delivery.
• Maintain CRM/ERP hygiene and streamline sales workflows.
• Present key performance reports directly to management.
• Resolve escalations and enhance customer experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in inside sales, key account management, purchase or supply chain management in the electronic component and/or semiconductor industry.

OR

• 6+ years experience in inside sales, key account management, purchase or supply chain in the industries related to electrical and/or industrial automation and/or electronic manufacturing serves (EMS) and/or cable harness and/or related functions.
