Experience in BPO, Tele-Calling, Inside Sales, Customer Service, Ed-Tech Sales, or Service Industry.

Comfort making 150–200 calls per day with confidence and clarity.

Strong objection-handling skills and ability to close deals.

Ability to thrive in a mission-driven, high-performance culture.

Required Skills

•Excellent spoken English & Hindi.

Strong sales skills and persuasion ability.

Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling.

Ability to build instant rapport and trust.

CRM usage experience (HubSpot/Zoho/Salesforce/WhatsApp CRM).

Fast learner with disciplined habits.

Strong follow-up and closing ability.

Education & Experience

Min. 1–4 years experience in Sales / BPO / Telecalling / Inside Sales / Customer Service.

Graduate preferred, not mandatory for high performers.

Ed-tech or coaching industry experience is a strong advantage.
