Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist located in New Delhi. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, managing sales pipelines, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include contacting potential customers, responding to inquiries, providing product information, and maintaining customer relationships. The specialist will also be responsible for meeting sales targets and reporting to the sales manager. Qualifications Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently and in a team environment Prior experience in the IT Sales Mandatory Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
