Inside Sales Specialist

• Handle calls on leads generated for clear aligner (Smile correction/ Smile straightening) services on our digital platforms.
• Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries through calls, chats, emails, and WhatsApp.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable make (toothsi) products & services.
• Follow-up with prospects and ensure timely closures. Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain and update the CRM system with customer details, feedback, and call outcomes.
• Build strong product knowledge to confidently handle customer queries.
• Educate customers about the benefits of aligners, treatment process, pricing, and offers.
• Handle objections effectively and convert prospects into successful sales.
• Maintain high levels of professionalism, empathy, and customer first attitude in all interactions.
• HSC Qualification / Graduation Freshers
• 3. Good communication skills, both written and verbal Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Self-driven, comfortable with a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
