Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team to drive revenue by selling digital content and ERP solutions to educational institutions. The ideal candidate will build relationships with schoolsand educational organizations, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions. This is a fast-paced role focused on outbound calling, product pitching, and closing sales opportunities through remote interactions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales and Lead Generation: Reach out to potential customers (schools/) via calls, emails, and social media. Identify new opportunities through outbound efforts and inbound leads. o Maintain a healthy pipeline and track progress on CRM tools. 2. Product Knowledge: Understand and demonstrate the features of digital content products (e-learning, online courses, etc.) and ERP solutions (school management systems, fee management, attendance, etc.). Stay up-to-date with product developments and competitor offerings. 3. Pitching and Presentations: Deliver engaging product presentations and online demos to decision-makers (principals, directors, IT heads). Identify customer pain points and tailor the pitch accordingly. 4. Contract Negotiation and Closures: Handle pricing discussions, address objections, and negotiate terms. Drive renewals, upsells, and cross-sell opportunities by building long-term relationships. Work with legal and finance teams to close agreements smoothly. 5. Collaboration: Coordinate with the marketing team to align lead generation campaigns. Work closely with customer success teams to ensure smooth product onboarding. 6. Target Management: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management. Required Skills and Qualifications: 1-3 years of experience in inside sales (EdTech, SaaS, ERP, or education services preferred). Strong communication skills in English, Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus). Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Familiarity with CRM tools like Zoho etc... Ability to understand technical products and convey their value to non-technical stakeholders. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in EdTech or ERP sales. Knowledge of the education sector and its operations. Exposure to online sales presentations and video conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams).
