Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls with dealers, generate leads, schedule meetings for the sales team, and support overall sales operations. The ideal candidate should be confident, fluent in Hindi, and have prior experience in inside sales or tele-sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Dealer Communication & Engagement
  • Handle inbound queries from dealers and provide prompt support and clarification.
  • Make outbound calls to dealers for follow-ups, product updates, meeting coordination, and relationship building.
  • Maintain clear, professional, and positive communication at all times.
  • Lead Generation & Meeting Coordination
  • Identify potential business opportunities through outbound calling.
  • Schedule and confirm meetings for the field sales team with dealers and channel partners.
  • Maintain daily and weekly meeting schedules and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Sales Support & Reporting
  • Update CRM or lead management systems with call logs, dealer details, lead status, and meeting outcomes.
  • Share call reports, progress updates, and dealer feedback with the sales team on a regular basis.
  • Assist with follow-ups on quotations, order status, and related documentation as required.
  • Relationship Building
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers to encourage repeat business.
  • Understand dealer requirements and share relevant feedback with internal teams.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in inside sales, tele calling, or customer relationship roles.
  • Fluency in Hindi is mandatory; working knowledge of English is required.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to handle high-volume calls professionally.
  • Strong coordination, follow-up, and record-maintenance skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency (Excel, CRM systems, and email etiquette).
  • Positive attitude, target-driven mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
