About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales Specialist with proven end-to-end B2B sales experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure — while building strong relationships with clients and contributing to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify leads through cold calls, emails, and outbound process.
• Conduct product/service presentations and demos to potential clients
• Understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly
• Manage and track the complete sales cycle in the CRM system
• Follow up with prospects, negotiate terms, and close deals
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies
• Maintain long-term client relationships and upsell when applicable

Requirements:

• 2–7 years of experience in B2B inside sales
• Experience handling the full sales cycle independently
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
• Goal-driven, self-motivated, and a team player

Preferred:

• Experience in SaaS/IT/Product-based companies
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
