By leveraging game-based assistive technology and multisensorial VAKT learning techniques, DLearners aims to improve students' reading, writing, and spelling skills with Dyslexia. The organization targets different learners, special education teachers, the dyslexia community, and the education ecosystem.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist located in Chennai. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for lead generation, customer satisfaction, communication, and providing excellent customer service on a daily basis.

• Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
• Customer Satisfaction and Communication skills
• Customer Service skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Knowledge of Dyslexia and Special Learning Disabilities (SLD) is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field
