Company Description DLearners.com is a software as a Service (SaaS-based) organization focused on providing timely screening, early identification, and correct remediation for children with Specific Learning Disabilities (SLD), especially Dyslexia. Through game-based assistive technology and Multisensorial VAKT learning techniques, DLearners has been successful in improving students' reading, writing, and spelling skills. The organization aims to raise awareness about Dyslexia and empower children with SLD to access alternate learning methodologies for improved school performance and self-esteem. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a YouTube Channel Manager located in Chennai. The Channel Manager will be responsible for overseeing the content creation, audience engagement, and growth strategies for DLearners' YouTube channel. Daily tasks may include developing content plans, optimizing video performance, engaging with the audience, collaborating with content creators, and analyzing channel metrics. Qualifications Channel Sales and Sales Management skills Experience with Channel Partners and Customer Service Strong understanding of sales strategies and customer engagement Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently Knowledge of the education or special needs sector is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Show more Show less
