Inside Sales Specialist

Responsibilities

• Create a sales pipeline & convert leads to meet and exceed targets
• Complete daily conversations goal through outbound calls on allocated leads
• Guide students/parents for GMAT /GRE/IELTS/SAT and Admission Consulting to enroll them

in the relevant coaching/preparation programs

• Upselling & cross-selling relevant CL offerings
• Ensure process compliance and timely reporting.
• Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation in all spheres of activities.
• Handle escalations and ensure client satisfaction in issue resolution.
• You will be successful if
• You love connecting with people online/on-the phone
• Your ability to learn is off the charts, and you are hungry for more
• You do not believe in settling; you find ways to improve
• You have done some selling in the past and want to learn how to get outstanding in sales
• You want to win consistently and find motivation in temporary setbacks

Qualifications

• Excellent communication (oral and written), conversation, negotiation skills

Work Timings & Location

• 6 Days / Week (Sat & Sun Working)
• 8.5 Hrs (10:30am – 7pm / 11am – 7:30pm)
• Location: A-45, Mohan Industrial Estate, Delhi-44 (Nearest Metro Mohan Estate ~100 mtrs)
