Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in

    LinkedIn-based lead generation

    ,

    sales development

    , or

    B2B marketing outreach in IT services company.

  • Proven ability to build ICPs and conduct detailed market and persona research.
  • Proficiency with

    LinkedIn Sales Navigator

    ,

    HubSpot CRM

    , and email automation tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, engaging tone.
  • Self-starter with a

    go-getter mindset

    and attention to detail.
  • Education: Bachelor's or related degree.
  • Location: Hyderabad, WFO: 5 days (US time zone)
  • Immediate joiners /people serving notice period are preferred.

Role & responsibilities

  • Conduct

    primary and secondary research

    to create accurate

    Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs)

    and buyer personas for target accounts.
  • Work with GTM and AI tools to keep the contact database rich, accurate, and free from redundant entries.
  • Identify and segment leads based on industry, company size, and decision-making roles.
  • Plan, structure, and execute

    LinkedIn outreach & email campaign using sequences

    methodology to initiate and nurture connections.
  • Use

    HubSpot CRM

    and

    AI-driven tools

    to manage follow-up, track engagement, research and refine messaging.
  • Personalize outreach content and

    re-engage cold leads

    through follow-ups and calls when needed.
  • Regularly collaborate with internal teams to stay updated on company news and developments, ensuring consistent and aligned messaging to prospects.
  • Stay informed about

    IT services industry trends

    and BeeHyv offerings to communicate value effectively.

Personality & Mindset Requirements:

The role requires someone who communicates with the clarity and maturity. You'll often represent BeeHyv leaders on LinkedIn, so you should be comfortable communicating at that level. You should be able to frame outreach with clarity & awareness, read situations and engage senior leaders with confidence and discretion.
