Job Objective: Join the 99acres sales team and help property owners unlock the full potential of their listings! Your role is connecting with registered users and offering them customized subscription packages that best suit their property needs. Roles and Responsibilities: Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and social media to drive revenue growth. Build relationships with existing clients to upsell/cross-sell products/services and increase customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development) to develop targeted sales strategies. Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by effectively managing time and prioritizing tasks. Job Requirements: 1-4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the IT services & Real Estate industry. Strong cold calling skills with the ability to generate leads from scratch.
