Use Only): DPSL-03 Date: Reports to: Sales Manager – D&P (DPSL-01) BU: DP Supersedes Previous Job Description Dated: Sales Executive 1. Job Purpose/Objectives: Generate leads, achieve individual sales targets of Devices and Peripherals BU. Add new customer accounts. 2. Dimensions e.g. Targets, budgets, staff numbers: To do inside sales of D&P solutions which will generate bottom line revenue as per the set annual targets Work in a team of 2-3 under the SM. Budget Nil 3. Principal Responsibilities: Responsible for entire sales cycle from lead generation, addressing enquiries, account mapping, proposals, negotiation, closure, order, delivery & installation tracking, bill processing up to payment collection. Coordination with pre-sales team to propose right and optimum solutions to customers. Recovery of sales within 30 days, except with pre-approved extended credit. To acquire sales trainings and certifications as per organization requirement and roadmap To update funnel regularly and report to manager on calls, closures, projections, losses. To comply with all internal sales processes like funneling, CSO, quotations, communications, and recovery To interact with OEM / Distributor for knowledge updates, funnel, pricing, stock updates 4. Job Context: < Relationships Nature of relationship Customer End to end mapping of all relevant stakeholders for sales, presales, recovery Internal facilitators Monitor and track each stage to ensure smooth sales process OEM vendors Funnel, projections, case locking, pricing, customer visits, information exchange Distributors Material availability, pricing Team members Work together to win team targets, knowledge and experience sharing, collaboration Internal Customers Cooperate and collaborate with operations and services group for customer satisfaction 5. Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Behaviours: BE/BCS or any other relevant degree in IT/B. Com or BA with MBA in Sales or Marketing 0- 2 years’ experience in sales of IT / Telecom products Good communications and fluency in languages, Good presentation skills Persuasive, slightly aggressive, polite, well-mannered and ability to influence key stakeholders Experience in MS office and mail communication Knowledge of HP devices and peripherals will be an advantage
