Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for an Inside Sales Representative. The primary responsibilities include identifying and qualifying sales opportunities, engaging with prospects via calls and emails, understanding client needs, and promoting suitable software solutions. The role involves providing accurate information about product offerings, preparing sales proposals, and maintaining strong client relationships while meeting sales targets and generating leads.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales, Lead Generation, and Account Management
• Excellent Communication Skills (verbal and written), Negotiation, and Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to analyze customer requirements, provide tailored solutions, and deliver impactful presentations
• Knowledge of CRM Tools and proficiency in MS Office
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience in IT software products and understanding of the industry trends is a plus
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
