Inside Sales Representative

Job Description:

The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for maintaining and developing long-term relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction with the company's products and services, and identifying opportunities to increase sales and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:

● Communicate with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and social media, to address their inquiries and concerns.
● Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.● Identify customer needs and recommend products or services to meet those needs.● Provide product information and technical support to customers.● Respond to customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.● Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities.● Meet and exceed customer satisfaction and sales targets.● Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.● Continuously improve customer service and satisfaction by analyzing customer feedback and implementing changes as necessary.● Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends.

Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.● Proven experience as a Customer Relationship Executive or a similar customer-facing role.● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.● Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.● Familiarity with CRM software and practices.● Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.● Proactive and self-motivated.● Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
