Job Description

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound calling and nurturing existing client relationships. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and a passion for technology sales, with the ability to effectively communicate our value proposition to potential clients.

Skills -

1) Handling GEM, E-Procurement portal etc. for RFP searching & Submission

2) Manage the response of the pre-bid query document. Creating database and generating leads for industrial products.

3) Handling quotations, invoice processing ,purchase order

4) Frequent mailers to customer database about all products

5) Preparing covering letters, general letters .

6) Data Processing & Internet search ,prepare, compile and sort documents for data entry
Check source documents for accuracy &verify data and correct data where necessary

7) Establish detailed schedule for proposal submission, regularly check progress of planned activities and deliverables and ensure all proposal team members meet interim and final deadlines.

8) Analyze tender documents, including specifications, terms, and conditions, to understand project requirements and evaluation criteria.

9) Prepare detailed walk-throughs of tender documents, highlighting key information such as deadlines, submission requirements, technical specifications, and eligibility criteria.

10) Maintain an organized database of tender opportunities, including key dates, documents, and contact information.

11) Coordinate with relevant departments to gather necessary information and documentation fortender submissions.

12) Monitor tender submission progress and follow up on any required documentation or
clarifications.

Experience

  • Relevant Exp - 2-7 years
  • Proven experience in B2B sales or inside sales, preferably in a technology-focused environment.
  • Familiarity with telemarketing techniques and outbound calling best practices.
  • Strong understanding of CRM software for managing customer relationships and tracking sales activities.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Demonstrated ability in business development, negotiation, and closing sales deals.
