Role & responsibilities

Talk to people. Understand their needs. Book visits. Close orders. Keep every lead moving.

Preferred candidate profile

What you will do (daily)

  • Call every new lead within 5 minutes.

  • Make

    80 to 100 calls/day

    (new + follow-ups).
  • Use

    WhatsApp Business

    to send photos, prices, and confirm visits.
  • Qualify

    each lead: size, fabric, budget, timeline, location.
  • Book showroom visits/video demos/Home visits

    and

    close on call

    when possible (take token advance).
  • Update CRM/Google Sheet after every call

    (no missing notes).
  • Reconfirm appointments

    a day before and the morning of the visit.
  • After delivery,

    request a review

    .

Targets (clear and simple)

  • Same-day contact:

    95% of assigned leads.
  • Book appointments:

    30 - 35% of leads.
  • Sales on assigned leads:

    5 - 10%.
  • Zero uncalled leads

    older than 24 hours.

What you need

  • 2 to 6 years

    in inside sales/telecalling/contact centre/edtech/retail tele selling.
  • Languages:

    English + (

    Kannada or Hindi

    )
  • Confident speaking voice, good listening, polite follow-ups.
  • Basic

    computer + smartphone

    skills; WhatsApp Business; Google Sheets; calling dialer.
  • 6-day work week

Pay

  • Fixed salary + incentives

    (with monthly accelerators).
