Preferred candidate profile What you will do (daily) Call every new lead within 5 minutes. Make 80 to 100 calls/day (new + follow-ups). Use WhatsApp Business to send photos, prices, and confirm visits. Qualify each lead: size, fabric, budget, timeline, location. Book showroom visits/video demos/Home visits and close on call when possible (take token advance). Update CRM/Google Sheet after every call (no missing notes). Reconfirm appointments a day before and the morning of the visit. After delivery, request a review . Targets (clear and simple) Same-day contact: 95% of assigned leads. Book appointments: 30 - 35% of leads. Sales on assigned leads: 5 - 10%. Zero uncalled leads older than 24 hours. What you need 2 to 6 years in inside sales/telecalling/contact centre/edtech/retail tele selling. Languages: English + ( Kannada or Hindi ) Confident speaking voice, good listening, polite follow-ups. Basic computer + smartphone skills; WhatsApp Business; Google Sheets; calling dialer. 6-day work week Pay Fixed salary + incentives per Closed appointment and per sale (with monthly accelerators).
