Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers via outbound calls to potential leads.
Handle incoming calls and follow up on leads & renewal data.
Conduct market research, gather and process relevant data.
Coordinate with the sales team to support day-to-day operations.
Assist in closing sales and contribute to achieving sales targets.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
2–3 years of experience in sales/customer support.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
